Hypnagogic Light Experience.
Lucia 3 was created by Dr. Engelbert Winkler and Dr. Dirk Proeckl: Lucia N°03 is a computer-controlled lamp system developed in Tyrol (Austria), which works with constant and pulsed light stimuli on the brain and subsequently on the consciousness. The resulting hypnagogic state (between sleep and wakefulness) is comparable to that of deep meditation, from which we can get out instantly.

Through the patented and international award winning meditation lamp Lucia N°03 you can reach meditative stage rapidly, it is said that 30 minutes of lucia is the equivalent of 10 hours of meditation. The Hypnagogic Light Experience can be perceived as a work of art made of floods of color, mandalas and structures, which the brain always creates anew.

Application

Lying under the light, totally relaxed with eyes closed. You will be accompanied in this experience for 20 to 50 minutes with information before and debriefing about the experience after if wished. A session depends on the time with the light, one hour is the most common.
